摘要: Productivity is a complex phenomenon at all levels be it individual, organised private sector or government the world over and in spheres of human endeavour particularly construction project delivery. Low productivity industry as result diverse identifiable reasons such as; high reduction skill level workers, shift work, shortages of  materials equipment, change orders, labour shortages, weathers, low monitoring control projects etc. key factors that leads to improvement delivery were analysed. These comprise planning, measurement, avoidance site congestion, motivation workforce good communication among others.
