摘要: The purpose of the text is to analyze orientations and trends United Nations Education, Scientific Cultural Organization, focusing on Early Childhood Care Education (ECCE) Latin American countries. methodology adopted was documentary research, through a survey this international organization, analyzed according relevant literature. It concluded that intentionalities tendencies are directed to: school education in final years as preparatory elementary school; and, care for non-formal zero three years, with focused, intergenerational intersectoral measures, management poverty, away from perspective right quality education, especially when partnerships private sector widely highlighted.
