摘要: Transforming Growth Factor-b (TGF-b) enhances the growth-inhibiting activity of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) or interferon-a (IFN-a) on immune cells and hematopoietic progenitor cells, as well cancer cells. Thus, combinations TGF-b with TNF IFN-a are effective for suppressing cell progenitor growth, thus useful treating (e.g., lymphomas, leukemias, myelomas, adenocarcinomas, etc.), autoimmune chronic inflammatory diseases rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, myasthenia gravis, lupus erythematosus, uveitis, etc.) hyperproliferative psoriasis vulgaris), organ transplant rejection, protecting from lethal effects chemotherapy radiotherapy.
