摘要: Sensors for determining the presence and concentration of bio-molecules in a biological sample are provided form polymer brushes, which comprise substrate having surface that is modified with water-dispersible or water-soluble segment functional groups bind probes. The method synthesis such sensors preferably includes use controlled free radical polymerization techniques allows architecture polymers to modify substrate.
