Superconductivity phenomenon induced by external in-plane magnetic field in (2+1)-dimensional Gross--Neveu type model

摘要: Phase structure of the (2+1)-dimensional model with four-fermion interaction spin-1/2 quasiparticles (electrons) both in fermion-antifermion (or chiral) and fermion-fermion superconducting) channels is considered at nonzero chemical potential $\mu$ under influence an in-plane, i.e. parallel to a system sheet, external magnetic field $\vec B_\parallel$. It shown that sufficiently large values and/or B_\parallel$ Cooper pairing phase appears arbitrary relation between coupling constants, provided there (arbitrary small) attractive superconducting channel. In particular, weak chiral channel, occurs even infinitesimal The always paramagnetic one.
