摘要: Abstract In this study, the new polymer–silica hybrid materials were prepared based on organo-soluble polyimides of 4,4′-hexafluoroisopropylidenediphthalic anhydride (6FDA) and four diamines. 3-Aminopropyl trimethoxysilane (APrTEOS) γ-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilanes (GOTMS) used to increase intrachain chemical bonding interchain hydrogen between polyimide silica moieties, respectively. The interaction would significantly affect morphologies properties films. Highly homogeneous thin films obtained according studies atomic force microscopy TEM. size observed by TEM picture was smaller than 5 nm. thermal enhanced hybridizing only 6.30–7.99 wt% silica. could effectively enhance coefficient expansion in comparison with interaction. Low dielectric constants range 2.85–3.73 for refractive indices be tuned through structure or content. optical losses planar waveguides their hybrids at 1310 nm 0.5–2.7 dB/cm, which mostly due higher harmonics aromatic C–H vibration extrinsic loss. polyimide–silica have potential applications microelectronics communications.
