摘要: Abstract The effect of co-solvents was studied on the kinetically controlled synthesis cephalexin with immobilised penicillin acylase (PA). Yield correlated well ratio initial rates to acyl donor hydrolysis and water activity. substantially higher in EG than aqueous medium selected study (apparent) pH hydrolysis. product ( r 2 ), adequate assess potential for systems under excess donor, maximal at 7.5 yield. ethylene glycol very strong an improvement 230% , whose value 1, hardly attainable medium. This reflected a considerable (13%) yield, which highlights as production cephalexin.
