摘要: Polymorphic microsatellite loci were identified in order to study golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) population fragmentation. Twenty-six published Aquila and eight Haliaeetus tested for polymorphism A. chrysaetos. Fifteen polymorphic with between two six alleles detected per locus. Observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.15 0.77 among 177 unrelated individuals Scotland. There was no evidence null alleles. Two pairs of (Hal-10 & Aa15 Hal-10 Aa26) displayed linkage disequilibrium.
