摘要: Some microscope observations of the protein bodies cotyledon cells soybean ( Glycine max ) are described, together with changes in their appearance which occur on germination. Density gradient centrifugation permits isolation from soymeal. They contain about 70% bean. Only 1 could be detected them: glycinin, major protein. The were fractionated to light and heavy fractions. former contained 97.5% protein, latter 78.5%. RNA, phytic acid lipids also present. 2 fractions probably differ only extent contamination by other cell fragments.
