摘要: The aim of this thesis is to develop a holistic framework that depicts key categories influences shape individual perceptions knowledge sharing within an organisational setting. This stems from systematic literature review indicates despite the large volume in regards sharing, field has not yet arrived at consensus as influences, defined high level, individuals’ perceptions. In order uncover exploratory and qualitative case study strategy was executed. Empirical data were gathered total 24 interviewees based four different country branches (i.e. China, Netherlands, UK US) single IT services organisation. Using constant comparison, findings point towards perspective. first influence revolves around institutions which act united entity on sharing. second fundamentally nature concentrates relations between individuals knowledge. third focuses themselves (called sharers) how their attitudes characteristics can perceptions. fourth final centres itself sharing. In addition, suggest only independently but all are intertwined together form framework. Combined, these two sets indicate individual-level perspective more complex phenomenon than currently portrayed literature, focused some or depicted interrelationships. Yet better understand each being nature, relationships should be taken into account.
