摘要: The time-dependent experiment was performed to investigate the corrosion behavior of low-temperature liquid nitrocarburized (LNC) 304 austenitic stainless steel in wet H2S environments. Characteristics products, as well localized behavior, were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy, photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and optical profilometry. results revealed that untreated steels, which product layer on surface thickened but displayed a layered defect structure proceeded, had higher weight loss than LNC. Energy-dispersive (EDS) served reveal relationship between and the content sulfur, chromium, other elements, valences these elements illustrated by XPS. morphology after removing products showed presence S phase could prevent general inhibit pit propagation.
