摘要: In the present study, copper oxide thin films are deposited using modified successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (modified SILAR) method on stainless steel (SS) substrates. These CuO characterized by different characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD). The XRD pattern reveals that exhibit polycrystalline phase with monoclinic structure which is highly feasible for supercapacitors. surface morphology was studied field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) shows exhibits popcorn-like morphology. wettability study prepared hydrophilic in nature. electrochemical supercapacitive properties of evaluated cyclic voltammetry (CV) 1 M KOH electrolyte. Which maximum specific capacitance 184 F/g at scan rate 50 mV/s also, it 83% capacitive retention after 5000 cycles. values energy power gained to be 14.1 3 kWk/g, respectively. addition, impedance measurements electrodes show promising material supercapacitor application.
