摘要: Abstract Measurements of electrical resistance and magnetic susceptibility are reported on superconducting amorphous Si1−xAux. The upper critical field Bc2 was determined from the measurement under fields. penetration depth λ obtained by measuring diamagnetic susceptibility. results compared with Ginzburg-Landau theory localization electron interaction effects discussed.
