摘要: Abstract An investigation was made of broad phase transitions to the paraelectric state (1−x)Pb(Yb1/2Nb1/2)O3−xPb(Lu1/2Ta1/2)O3 solid solution for 0.45 ≤ x 0.50. The broadening these found depend on position sample in diagram, with strongest a composition within hysteresis range separating ferroelectric and antiferroelectric states. interaction mechanism between domains is proposed explain transitions.
