摘要: Objective The purpose of this study was to describe the distribution pelvic organ support in a gynecologic clinic population define clinical disease state prolapse and analyze its epidemiologic condition. Study design This multicenter observational study. Subjects who were seen at outpatient gynecology clinics required an annual examination underwent quantification completed symptom questionnaire. Receiver operator characteristic curves used with use symptoms measures. Standard age-adjusted univariate multivariate logistic regression analysis evaluate various relationships. Results consisted 1004 women aged 18 83 years. prevalence stages 24% (stage 0), 38% 1), 35% 2), 2% 3). definition that determined by receiver curve leading edge their vaginal wall −0.5 cm above hymenal remnants. Multivariate revealed age, Hispanic race, increasing body mass index, weight vaginally delivered fetus as risk factors for prolapse, defined population. Conclusion results from suggest there is bell-shaped Advancing have strongest correlations prolapse.
