Development of high speed casting technology with an experimental continuous casting machine

摘要: High speed casting technology was developed with an experimental continuous machine to outline the basic concepts for design of a highly productive high quality slabs. 5.0 m/min low carbon steel achieved development pouring system, new powder, mold powder lubrication improvement, slab cooling method, and prevention internal cracking.
