摘要: Abstract Ti–Al co-doped erbium tellurite glasses have been obtained by melting mixed Er2O3, TiO2 and TeO2 batches in Al2O3 crucibles. By crucible dissolution amounts from 11.5 to 18.6 mol% were introduced the synthesized glasses. Differential thermal analysis of points a strong dependence glass transition temperature Tg with substitution extent doping oxides. No crystallization features are observed up 450 °C. The spectral decay kinetics infrared photoluminescence demonstrate possibility achieve more than 50% quantum yield light-emission at Er3+ concentrations as large 1021 cm−3, about 2 ms lifetime, 8 × 10−21 cm2 stimulated emission cross section, no saturation pump power densities higher 10 kW cm−2. study Er–Er energy transfer suggests ascribe these particularly homogeneous dispersion ions modified network. Raman scattering measurements distribution vibrational modes evidence that introduction oxides leads an increase structural disorder without effects.
