摘要: The anal sphincter is really two sphincters in one. It consists of an inner ring smooth muscle, which contiguous with the muscle rectum, and outer striated ring, linked functionally to puborectalis fibers levator ani complex (Fig. 1). internal (IAS) not under conscious control, but like all other sphincters, relaxes when bowel immediately proximal it contracts or distended. external (EAS) are control tend contract together, increasing resistance accentuating anorectal angulation.
