摘要: A summary of a lecture delivered at the XVII Ural International Winter School on Physics Semiconductors (Ekaterinburg, 2008) is presented. The basic concepts quantum corrections to conductivity two-dimensional systems are briefly laid out. interference correction and Altshuler-Aronov due electron-electron interaction examined.
