摘要: During the interval similar to 07:45:36-07:54:24UT on 24 August 2005, Cluster satellites (C1 and C3) observed an obvious loss of energetic electrons (similar 3.2-95keV) associated with growth whistler mode waves inside some bursty bulk flows (BBFs) in midtail plasma sheet (X-GSM to-17.25 R-E). However, fluxes higher-energy (128keV) ions (10-160keV) were relatively stable BBF-impacted regions. The energy-dependent electron BBFs is mainly due energy-selective pitch angle scatterings by within time scales from several seconds minutes, different distributions are wave have a quasi-perpendicular distribution (30 degrees<<150 degrees) during expansion-to-recovery development substorm (AE index decreases 1677nT 1271nT), their can occur at almost all angles regions BBFs. Unlike electrons, low-energy 0.073-2.1keV) initially field-aligned (0 degrees 30 150 180 absence waves, directions accompanied increase regions, but not presence large background fluxes. These observations indicate that resonant anisotropic undergo rapid scattering wave-particle resonances.
