摘要: Mesopore-modified mordenite zeolitic materials with different Si/Al ratios have been prepared and tested in the biomass pyrolysis catalytic cracking of vacuum gasoil. Alkaline treatment was carried out to generate mesoporosity. Severity alkaline found be paramount importance tune generated mesoporosity, while it significantly affected crystallinity treated mordenites. It moreover observed that selectively extracted Si decreasing ratio samples. Catalytic activity parent mordenites studied biomass. All based produced less amounts bio-oil but better quality (lowering oxygen content from ∼40% as much 21%) compared non-catalytic experiments. On other hand, combination mesopore formation high surface area after a resulted enhancement its activity, despite reduction acidity. The increment decarboxylation dehydration reactions, combined carbon deposition on catalyst, remarkable decrease organic fraction therefore, superior liquid product. were additionally acid targeting dealumination removal extra framework debris, thus generating mesopore-modified samples stronger sites higher total acidity, candidate catalysts for Desilicated especially desilicated dealuminated exhibited highest selectivity towards LCO best olefinicity gases bottoms conversion. Therefore, an optimized desilicated–dealuminated additive could interesting component FCC catalyst yield.
