摘要: In recent years, it has become clear that balanced regulation of reactive oxygen species is critical significance for cell-fate determination as well stem cell development, function, and survival. Although many questions regarding intracellular redox status fate remain, we review here what known the impact signaling shown with a variety human cancer cells more recently on cancer-initiating regenerative capacity skeletal muscle hematopoietic tissue their cells. We also discuss role altered potential primary pathogenic mechanism in muscular dystrophy pathologies. Studies discussed illustrate how understanding behavior may contribute to development novel therapies.
