摘要: Forty randomly selected patients had brackets bonded on one side of the maxillary labial segment with glass ionomer cement. Teeth opposite were a resin adhesive. assessed for decalcification pretreatment, at debond, and review using standardized photographic technique modified DDE index. The mean number teeth affected by extent per tooth increased during treatment period, but from debond to both these measurements decreased either material (p)<0.01, t-test). Decalcification appears become less severe posttreatment, does not appear be significantly 12 18 months orthodontic bonding Dietary other environmental factors, including fluoride preparations, may greater importance in prevention fixed appliance therapy.
