摘要: Cancer vaccines offer the promise of a noninvasive method to attack tumors using patient’s immune system. Although such strategies have shown robust activity in preclinical models, results from clinical trials been modest. exact reason for lack success remains be determined, it is clear that immunosuppressive environment large represents hindrance vaccine outcome. Therefore, reasonable expect combining vaccination with conventional debulking therapies should lead an improved In this chapter, we discuss these issues and recent experiments demonstrating surgical resection or chemotherapy can greatly enhance cancer situations tumor burden.
