Performance of the Dragon soft x‐ray beamline (invited)

摘要: We report on the performance of a newly constructed synchrotron radiation soft x‐ray beamline. This beamline, dubbed Dragon, is spherical version cylindrical element monochromator design proposed previously. By measuring K‐edge absorption spectra condensed nitrogen, it determined that this has achieved resolving power 104 at 400‐eV photon energy, using its full 15 by 1 mrad angular acceptance. The ideas and advantages contained in CEM have also been experimentally confirmed.
