摘要: Abstract Data on the labelling index of human solid tumours have been collected from literature and pooled with authors' own results. Mean values for five histological groups calculated. For embryonal hematosarcomas, mean value ( L.I. ) is about 30 per cent appears to correspond a growth fraction (G.F.) close 100% The 3 other (squamous cell carcinomas, mesenchymal sarcomas adenocarcinomas) are significantly lower, lowest being adenocarcinomas which 2%. these compared previously evaluated rate. doubling time (D.T.) negatively correlated G.F. be main parameter kinetics tumour proliferation explain differences in rates cancers.
