摘要: During the past decade, knowledge of clinical course and management hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection has increased enormously, but there are few data on disease its treatment in elderly population (age > 60 years). According to epidemiology, we now facing HCV from 20th century. We must take into account that contrast a younger population, old people who will develop Chronic Hepatitis be mainly women with genotype 1 more severe fibrosis as presentation pattern.
