摘要: Summary • The vertical distribution of spores arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) was investigated in soil profiles extensively and intensively managed agroecosystems, including two permanent grasslands, a vineyard continuously mono-cropped maize fields. • The number AMF decreased with increasing depth – most drastically the grasslands but there large diversity species even deepest layers (50–70 cm). This particularly striking fields where highest numbers were found below ploughing depth. Some sporulated mainly, or exclusively, deep layers, others mainly top layers. • Soil samples used to inoculate trap cultures. Up 18 months after inoculation, no conspicuous difference composition among cultures representing different depths, only weak match determined by analysis field samples. • Our results indicate that communities are surprisingly diverse from topsoil. Thus, should be included studies get complete picture diversity.
