摘要: Proposals for major reforms in the organization, delivery, and financing of long-term care aged disabled increasingly dominate federal state health-policy debates. Innovative programs large-scale demonstration research efforts have focused attention on expanding community-oriented (CLTC). This review examines findings from national surveys, evaluations CLTC demonstrations, early returns emergent comprehensive models with a focus lessons challenges presented by health-care practitioners clinical research. The first section summarizes criticisms current delivery system defines two sets conclusions derived studies intended to improve this system.
