摘要: An FeRh thin film of 33 nm thickness grown by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) has been investigated with respect to its temperature dependent magnetic properties means ferromagnetic resonance (FMR). Within the regime, that is at temperatures above antiferromagnetic-to-ferromagnetic phase transition, field decreases decreasing reflecting an increasing magnetization. regime behaves non-monotonically, it suddenly increases temperature. The observed asymmetric shape FMR absorption line discussed a possible small inhomogeneity coupled main volume B2 ordered, equiatomic FeRh.
