摘要: This work investigates the applicability of on-line extraction (OLE) directly coupled to liquid chromatography (LC) for dynamic hydrophobic organic compounds from complex solid samples. The method operates within existing apparatus LC by replacing valve loop with an vessel comprised empty guard column loaded sample. In this manner, is accomplished mobile phase as it flows through under high pressure without need additional other than those comprising system or sample pretreatment steps. experimental parameters affecting efficiency were investigated and discussed in relation both performance chromatographic efficiency. was optimized applied first time UV filters spiked soil sediment samples yielding recoveries between 59 117% reproducibility 4.8 14.3%, which are comparable reported more advanced preparation methods.
