摘要: Recently, biofuels and nutraceuticals produced from microalgae have emerged as major interests, resulting in intensive research of the microalgal biorefinery process. In this paper, recent developments cell-wall disruption extraction methods are reviewed, focusing on lipid astaxanthin production biotechnologically important Chlorella Haematococcus, respectively. As a common, critical bottleneck for recovery intracellular components such these microalgae, composition structure rigid, thick cell-walls were analyzed. Various chemical, physical, physico-chemical, biological applied breakage lipid/astaxanthin Haematococcus discussed detail compared based efficiency, energy consumption, type dosage solvent, biomass concentration status (wet/dried), toxicity, scalability, synergistic combinations. This report could serve useful guide to implementation practical downstream processes valuable products including Haematococcus.
