Clinical Trials and the Genomic Evolution: Some Statistical Perspectives

摘要: During the past four decades, clinical trials, having their genesis in biometric and epidemiologic studies, have been going through an evolutionary transition from simple type to (randomized) multiphase placebo-controlled trials active controlled equivalence adaption of dynamic treatment regimens, all generally relating symptomatic diagnostics.
