摘要: During the past four decades, clinical trials, having their genesis in biometric and epidemiologic studies, have been going through an evolutionary transition from simple type to (randomized) multiphase placebo-controlled trials active controlled equivalence adaption of dynamic treatment regimens, all generally relating symptomatic diagnostics. In this scenario, a newcomer is bioinformatics with its battery thousands genes, interacting disease/disorder complexities as well environmental Stressors diverse types. Although impact genomics not yet totally clear, statistical challenges are mounting, there dire need for development novel largely nonstandard methodology cope basic modeling inference tasks. Some these perspectives appraised here due consideration on modern trials.
