摘要: Conducting polymers, where pristine polymers are doped by active dopants, have been used in a variety of flexible optoelectronic device applications due to their tunable conductivity values. Charge transport these materials has intensively studied for over three decades. However, spin properties compounds remained elusive. Here, we two polaron-dominated and trap-dominated processes types PEDOT:PSS that lightly heavily doped, respectively. Using pulsed spin-pumping spin-injection techniques, found the sign inverse Hall effect magnetoresistance obtained from film can reverse its polarity as function temperature applied bias, contrast film. Our work provides an alternative approach studying conducting polymer films.
