摘要: A modification of the official method for ochratoxins and a screening zearalenone, aflatoxin, ochratoxin is described expanded to include citrinin penicillic acid. The uses 0.5N phosphoric acidchloroform (1+10) in initial extraction; extract divided eluted from 2 columns provide quantitative thin layer chromatographic (TLC) aflatoxin corn dried beans. Aflatoxin zearalenone are one column ochratoxin, acid, other. Ochratoxin recoveries low (50%) peanuts. Zearalenone, were qualitatively recovered beans; acid peanuts but was not. Several TLC solvents used separate interferences.
