摘要: Improved cutting qualities of Epon 812 and Araldite 502 can be obtained by adjusting the anhydride:epoxy ratio to 0.60. Fixed biological tissues rapidly dehydrated infiltrated with resin in a vacuum, polymerized at 95°C without apparent damage tissue. Processing time reduced 1 hour.
