TCM includes herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, food therapy, and physical exercise, such as shadow boxing. In modern China, a fully institutionalised part health care widely used with Western medicine. 2006, sector provided for over 200 million outpatients some 7 inpatients, accounting 10-20% in China.1 Numerous studies conducted China other countries have shown that significantly helps patients coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, pericarditis, angina pectoris, tachycardia, atherosclerosis, failure, circulatory conditions. Many doctors trained now recognize combination therapy has better results improving overall cardiovascular disease (CVD) than drugs or surgery alone.2 this review, we present brief outline treatment CVD, focusing on two most therapeutic modalities, (CHM) acupuncture. There are huge amounts publications use CHM acupuncture but only those published English will be reviewed here.
