摘要: To overcome the difficulty in detection of loss retinal activity, a functional-Retinal Imaging Device (f-RID) was developed. The device, which is based on modified fundus camera, seeks to detect changes optical signals that reflect functional retina. Measured reflectance response visual stimulus are the order 0.1% 1% total reflected intensity level, makes signal difficult by standard methods because it masked by other physiological and noise. In this paper, we present new Independent Component Analysis (ICA) algorithm used analyze video sequences from set experiments with different patterned stimuli from cats humans. ICA priors (ICA-P) uses information about stimulation paradigms increase thresholds when compared to traditional algorithms. results analysis show that can levels as low 0.01% total reflected intensity. Also, improvement up 30dB over traditional algorithms achieved. The study found more than 80% in-vivo effects retina be detected and extracted.
