摘要: Although post-combustion CO2 capture (PCC) is one of the most proven and developed processes for removal from combustion flue gases, this technology still associated with high capital operation cost. Improved gas–liquid contactors offer a big potential cost-effective separation, thus increased contact area provides both better absorption efficiency smaller-size equipment. This chapter covers conventional innovative in liquid absorbent-based PCC techniques. The different types contacting devices their challenges related to improvements are shown.
