Effects of high-energy ion irradiation on aluminum creep

摘要: The creep velocity of thin aluminum samples is studied as a function loading in irradiated by 70 MeV carbon ions. It shown that the can be described formulas epsilon-c/sup prime//sub j/approx.e/sup v/sigma and j/approx.(sigma: sigma/sub 0/)/sup n/. Data on strain ''jumps'' at instant beam turned are discussed.
