摘要: Abstract Introduction The growing demand from patients with wounds various causes has significantly challenged primary care nurses. A chatbot, duly validated evidence-based content, can assist both nurses and in managing care. This work describes the development process of such a chatbot (BOTCURATIVO) that aims to help treatment by non-specialists, giving guidelines about recommended wound dressing procedures for each type wound. Method Methodological research was carried out three phases. first one corresponded validation script's content through panel enterostomal therapist nurses, who evaluated domains items script. Data analysis performed using Content Validity Index individual level scale (≥ 0.80). To verify agreement between evaluators, Kappa test used. In second phase, developed, GOOGLE’S DIALOGFLOW platform. Finally, third chatbot's usability analyzed System Usability Scale (SUS), 17 users, 8 them being chronic wounds, 5 caregivers people acute 4 Results established achieved excellent suitability, relevance representativeness criteria, all above 90 %; validity index per reached 0.97 0.82 methods average universal agreement, respectively, evaluators (Kappa value: 0.83). global score 80.1. Conclusion script developed incorporated into prototype satisfactory validity. considered good, adding credibility device.
