摘要: Background: Loss of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in chronic (CHB) infection is a favorable outcome. Type I interferon (IFNI) has an essential role to fight virus infections when they bind the IFN-α/β receptor (IFNAR). Free-circulating IFNARs, known as IFNAR2, perform carrier proteins keep ligands from proteolysis well antagonists for ligand binding. Objectives: In this study, we evaluated HBsAg titer and IFNAR2 serum baseline subcohort Iranian HBeAg-negative patients with B. Methods: Sixty-four who spontaneously cleared 100 enrolled study assessment levels IFNAR2. Results: Serum were both powerfully associated loss HBsAg. The was significantly lower (333.72 ± 1300 IU/mL vs 3811 6779 IU/mL, P = 0.00) level higher (1.64 0.6 0.87 0.5 ng/mL, those compared CHB patients. Conclusions: These findings indicated association clearance virus-infected consequence, immune mechanisms related signaling might be responsible © 2017, Ahvaz Jundishapur University Medical Sciences.
