摘要: It is evident from the literature that foot problems can lead to discomfort, pain, ulceration and increased risk of falling in older people. Good timely care can help individuals remain independent, active mobile and, more importantly, prevent footwear related falls According Age Action Ireland, the population Ireland ageing rapidly number people aged 65 over will rise 532,000 2011 almost 1.4 million by 2046. The Health Service Executive currently provides a range services for but these services are not well developed or standardised nationally. This project aims to design implement an Integrated Care Pathway general to improve quality clinic one Service Executive nursing homes.
