摘要: In order to use the excellent superelastic property of shape memory alloys in many medical applications, austenite transformation finish temperature (A f ) must be about 37°C which is human body temperature. this study, could controlled by substitution Mo for Ni Ti-Ni alloy. For fabrication bulk near-net-shape and porous metallic biomaterials, consolidation Ti-Ni-Mo alloy powders more useful than that elemental Ti, Mo. Ti50Ni49.7Mo0.3 were prepared gas atomization, temperatures microstructures those investigated as a function powder size. According DSC analysis as-atomized powders, was 39°C. Evaluation based on SEM examination surface polished etched cross sections typical images rapidly solidified showed cellular morphology.
