Bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide based “polymeric ionic liquids”: Synthesis, purification and peculiarities of structure–properties relationships

摘要: A series of bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide based "polymeric ionic liquids" (PILs) as high molecular mass analogues the corresponding imidazolium, ammonium and pyrrolidinium liquids (ILs) was synthesized with purity fully characterized including electrochemical properties. The PILs differed by nature cation, quantity centers in each monomer repeating unit, alkyl length spacer. Two novel liquid like monomers (ILMs), namely 1,3-bis(N,N,N-trimethylammonium)-2-propylmethacrylate bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) amide (ILM-2) N-[(2-methacryloyloxy)-ethyl]-N-methylpyrrolidinium (ILM-4) were characterized. Optimal conditions for free-radical polymerization ILMs identified first time. It demonstrated that, among tested organic solvents, 1-methyl-3-ethylimidazolium IL best reaction medium terms achievement polymer yields masses. For time, influence residual presence inside PIL film on resultant conductivity clearly shown. impact firstly studied well.
