摘要: With the use of several region-specific antisera and peroxidase-antiperoxidase (PAP) technique, regulatory polypeptides were localized in nerves kidney. Neuropeptide Y (NPY)- immunoreactivity (IR), neurotensin (NT)-IR vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP)-IR occurred at high densities all segments renal arterial system forming a perivascular plexus. Furthermore, NT-IR particularly frequent juxtaglomerular apparatus (JGA). Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)-IR was mainly concentrated supplying hilus arteries JGA. Substance P (SP)-IR predominantly found large varicosities close to vessels vicinity Somatostatin (SOM)-IR only observed single located media-adventitia border arteries. The peptidergic are correlated their ultrastructural counterpart.
