Une étude prospective de la prévalence du syndrome métabolique dans des familles françaises supposées saines

摘要: Resume Le but de ce travail est d’estimer la variation longitudinale du syndrome metabolique (SM) dans des familles francaises et d’observer chez leurs enfants parametres biologiques impliques les maladies cardiovasculaires. 371 supposees saines (1 366 individus) issues cohorte STANISLAS ont ete examinees a l’occasion deux examens sante separes par cinq ans (t0 t+5). La prevalence brute SM evaluee en utilisant definition NCEP-ATPIII. Nos resultats montrent que le present adultes supposes sains augmente avec l’âge. Chez un enfant, presence d’un l’un parents semble etre predictive valeurs plus importantes pour taux TNF-α moins HDL-C, indicateur majeur risque cardiovasculaire. Par consequent, depistage systematique apparait important puisqu’il permet une prise charge precoce ainsi l’installation mesures preventives efficaces enfants, incluant conseils hygieno-dietetiques activite physique.
