摘要: Between July 1978 and March 1980, the distribution, population dynamics secondary production of Caulleriella caputesocis St. Joseph, 1864, in Southampton Water, South England, were investigated. The distribution polychaete was related to amount silt copper-content sediment, highest densities occurring sediment containing 60 100% less than 50 ppm copper. Breeding occurred at a low level throughout year, usually when worms over one year old, with peak breeding between May September. C. Water is monotelic, oocytes measured 120 160 μm diameter spawning. Unshed resorbed. Annual varied 0.01 5.90 g C m-2 yr-1 P:B ratio species ranged 0.84 7.09.
