摘要: We present the use of a near-infrared (IR) laser Raman spectroscopy instrument to measure concentrations many important analytes at their clinically relevant levels in simulated human serum. The signal is generated by 745 nm diode disposable waveguide capillary cell that contains submicroliter sample. spectrum acquired from sample 10 s. major error quantitative caused variation power, optical alignment, and size measurement eliminated normalizing dominant water peak 3350 cm−1. Concentrations glucose, acetaminophen, albumin, other are predicted using partial least squares (PLS) calibration. An effective multiple bandpass-filtering method was developed enhance desired interfering background ratio for improvement PLS calibration accuracy. It demonstrated accuracy concentrations...
