摘要: In investigating the role of imagery in learning, several approaches including material manipulation, instructional presentation interfering tasks, and individual differences have been adopted. The applicability these for functional other cognitive activities, particular, problem solving motor skill are considered. It is argued that approaches, or some variants can be fruitfully applied to research areas than verbal learning. Possible pitfalls each approach discussed as well.
